2021 Drifting Sauvignon Blanc

Drifting Sauvignon Blanc perfectly blends zesty citrus and green apple flavors with fresh peaches and a touch of passion fruit. The finish is lingering and complete with a slight fresh acidity.

 Just delicious on its own, but a platter of cheeses is always good, especially goats’ cheese and aged cheddar. Grilled pork, chicken, and of course flaky style fish dishes only enhance the experience.

Blend: 95% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Pinot Grigio
