What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by weight and location. Shipping starts at $18 for shipments to the Western US and $22 to the Eastern US.

How long will it take to receive my package?

All wine is shipped via UPS ground from our Northern California location. Delivery can take from 2-10 days depending on your location. Shipments may take longer during high volume season.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation with the UPS tracking number.

Are you able to ship Internationally?

We can only ship within the United States at this time. 

Do I need an adult signature for my delivery of wines?

All wines require an adult signature (21+ upon delivery).

Can I ship to a work address or PO Box? Any other places I can ship my wine?

We highly recommend shipping wine to your office or a locations where someone is available to sign for the package.

I missed my UPS deliveries after they attempted 3 times. Now what?

UPS will attempt to deliver 3 times before they return the package to the sender. You can contact UPS directly to arrange your wine be held at a nearby pickup location. We highly recommend signing up for UPS My Choice to manage your package. Sign up is free! Visit ups.com for details.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order.

What do I do if the wine I receive is damaged? Or it’s missing a bottle?

Simply contact us at info@kfwines.com We will arrange to ship a replacement ASAP.

Can I return my wine if I’m not satisfied?

We are unable to accept returns of any kind. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will happily ship a replacement of process a refund for your order (minus any shipping charges).
