2021 Paddleboard Cellars Chardonnay

Medium-bodied with a delightful pale-yellow hue, Paddleboard Cellar's Chardonnay is bright and crisp from start to finish. It has citrus highlights of green apples, pears, and tropical fruit aromas and flavors. The finish has a bit of lemon zest and a tight minerality that is enjoyable and refreshing.

This wine is excellent with vegetarian pasta, herb-roasted chicken, grilled salmon, barbecued scallops, or seafood pasta in cream sauce. Also, wonderful on its own.

Blend: 95% Chardonnay, 5% Viognier
