Medium-bodied with a delightful pale-yellow hue, the 2020 Paddleboard Chardonnay is bright and crisp from start to finish. It has citrus highlights of green apples, pears, and tropical fruit aromas and flavors. The finish has a bit of lemon zest and a tight minerality that is enjoyable and refreshing.
This wine is excellent with vegetarian pasta, herb-roasted chicken, grilled salmon, barbecued scallops, or seafood pasta in cream sauce. Also, wonderful on its own.
Blend: 95% Chardonnay, 5% Viognier
